Before eSkill, we did not have a formalized way to assess our candidates. As our company really started to grow in size, we started to notice the pains from hiring managers about the quality of candidates and recent hires. There was pressure to fill open roles as quickly as possible. There were a few instances of managers seeing that some new employees did not have the technical skills needed for positions. Once we started to use eSkill, we saw improved confidence when hiring and more qualified employees. Our managers were on board with using eSkill, mainly because we were able to work together to create specific assessments. All of the hiring managers were then required to complete assessments and provide feedback. Adjustments were made where necessary and we have not looked back since!

“The testing went great! We loved the ability to create our own test from a bank of existing questions. It was a key part of our search process and we found an excellent candidate. As I said, we don’t do searches for technical positions very often, but when we do, eSkill testing will always be a part of it.”

Bob Nichols

We use it as a selling point to clients that we thoroughly vet our candidates before they are sent out for either interviews or placements."
