His work translates a rapidly changing talent landscape into strategies that help organizations make better, more defensible hiring decisions.
Before eSkill, Chris made his mark in San Antonio's business community through his work at Parlevel Systems and 365 Retail Markets, earning features in the San Antonio Business Journal, San Antonio Magazine, KSAT, and several industry publications along the way. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Psychology from Trinity University.
When he's not obsessing over pipeline metrics, Chris is at home in San Antonio with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He's a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, a serious BBQ enthusiast, and an avid reader.
