Getting Started with eSkill
When you log into your eSkill Test Center, you’ll find eight action tiles. To begin, navigate to the “Create” tab. There are three options available for creating custom tests, but today we’ll explore options two and three.

Mix and Match
This option allows you to mix and match subjects to create a single assessment. Begin by naming your assessment; for instance, a “Healthcare Call Center” role. After selecting relevant subjects and setting difficulty levels, you can choose an assessment link that balances the distribution of questions. It’s advisable to keep assessments concise; a 20-question test will pull five questions from each chosen subject. Once saved, your new assessment will appear at the top of your list in the Test Center.

Tailored Question Selection
This option empowers you to build an assessment by selecting questions individually from eSkill’s extensive content library. Whether searching by specific subject or browsing the entire library, you can easily add questions one-by-one. This method is ideal for fine-tuning assessments to focus on specific areas, such as medical terminology. After selecting your questions, they automatically populate into your assessment creation tab, ready to be saved and reviewed.

Digitization and Free Form Creation
eSkill’s platform allows for high levels of customization. If you have paper tests that have proven effective, they can be digitized using the eSkill author feature. Once uploaded, these custom tests can be managed within your Test Center just like any native content. You can even write questions from scratch inside the platform to make a truly custom assessment. eSkill Custom assessments are key to better hiring outcomes.
