System Requirements for Test Center Administrators

To effectively manage and administer eSkill assessments, Test Center users should ensure their device and browsers meet the following requirements.

Hardware and Operating Systems

Your team can access the eSkill administrative portal from a PC or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Supported Operating Systems:

  • Windows: Windows® XP SP3, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Vista, 7 SP1, 8.1, or 10.
  • Linux
  • Macintosh: Mac OS® X 10.3.9 (Panther®) or newer.

Web Browsers

The eSkill administrative portal is compatible with the following browsers. To avoid technical issues, please ensure the computers used by your staff are equipped with an up-to-date version of one of these browsers.

  • Edge: Version 20 or later.
  • Firefox: Version 50 or later.
  • Chrome: Version 60 or later.
