2. Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition Cloud Service

Aside from the benefits mentioned above, a big advantage of this integration is that eSkill is a mixed-model assessment service that can support two different flows:

  • Candidate-centric, in which the candidate accesses the assessment by clicking on a link received through an email message or on the Career Section page; and
  • Recruiter-centric, in which the recruiter sends the eSkill test link to specific candidate(s).

Both of these flows come with configuration options for the customer, including setting the delay to wait before timing out a response from candidates; configuring the look and feel of test screens for both candidates and recruiters, using co-branding; and setting up automated eSkill test links for candidates, when they reach a desired step in the candidate selection workflow, according to your recruiting strategy and company goals.
