The eSkill Corporation, founded in 2000, is a leading provider of Web-based skill testing to the Hiring and Training markets. The company’s founding vision was to create software that could customize a skills test to fit the knowledge requirements for any job position, tests that would be the most accurate, relevant, and time-efficient ones available for measuring candidates’ job skill fit.

Management

Chairman and CEO

Eric Friedman has helped launch five startups since 1992, including Sage Networks, Frictionless Commerce, VideoSite, and Martha Stewart Foods. From 1998 through 2000 Eric performed product development consulting for Midior, based in Cambridge, MA. Eric holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brown University.

President and Chief Technologist

Gerard Szatvanyi, the founder of OSF Global Services, is an experienced executive with broad experience in Managed IT Services, Business Development, Online Marketing and IT Project Management. Gerard led OSF Global Services Inc. from ground up into an IT Services company with 200+ employees. He has led the technology development at eSkill, has been deeply involved with start-ups such as Agilewords, and has consulted to international clients from the USA, France, Canada, Germany, The Netherlands, Romania, India, Ukraine and the UAE. His specialties include 10 years of expertise in Software Development, SaaS technologies, and Cloud Computing, as well as various CRM platforms. Gerard holds a M. Sc. from Laval University, Quebec City.

Vice President of Sales

Keith Nadeau has over 15 years experience with business-to-business sales. His former experiences include two years as an Account Manager with Net-Temps, one of the top 5 Internet job boards. Prior to Net-Temps, Keith spent three years in Sales Management at Amherst Computer and, prior to that, ten years with the Sales team at Citigroup.
