President
Eric Friedman has helped launch five startups since 1992 including Sage Networks, Frictionless Commerce, VideoSite, and Martha Stewart Foods. From 1998 through 2000 Eric performed product development consulting for Midior, based in Cambridge, MA. Eric holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Brown University.

Gerard Szatvanyi founded Outsourcing Factory Inc. and has more than 7 years of expertise in IT Outsourcing, Business Application Integration, CRM, ERP, on various platforms. Over the years he consulted and advised international clients from several countries such as France, Germany, Holland, US, Romania and the UAE. The client types span from little sized companies to governmental bodies (General Health Authority from UAE). Gerard holds a M. Sc. from Laval University, Quebec City.
Sales Director
Keith Nadeau has over 15 years experience with business-to-business sales. His former experiences include two years as an Account Manager with Net-Temps, one of the top 5 Internet job boards. Prior to Net-Temps, Keith spent three years in Sales Management at Amherst Computer and prior to that, ten years with the Sales team at Citigroup.

Vasile Buciuman-Coman is a 22-year enterprise software veteran who has led technical projects for Spyglass, Bose, Covisint, and Merck among others.
Howard Berke is Chairman, CEO, and Co-founder of Konarka Technologies. Howard has previously founded or co-founded 13 start-up companies and has initiated and completed numerous corporate acquisitions, mergers and R&D joint ventures in the US, Europe and Asia. He has nearly 30 years of hands-on management experience, served as CEO of public company White Pine Software, and has guest lectured on entrepreneurship at Yale, Harvard, MIT and elsewhere throughout the world.
Peter Polachi is a Co-founder and Partner of Polachi & Company an executive search firm for technology clients and investors. Peter has been a senior executive for sales and marketing in high-growth and emerging technology companies since 1977. Prior to co-founding Polachi & Company in 2002, Peter was a senior partner at Heidrick & Struggles in their International Technology practice.
Peter Blacklow is President of FUN Technologies' Games division, where he oversees the online games businesses of Skilljam.com, WorldWinner.com, and Teagames.com. Prior to joining WorldWinner, Peter served as Senior Vice President of marketing at Monster.com, the largest global careers website and a top 20 website. Mr. Blacklow also held management positions at various advertising and promotional agencies, and was named one of the top "Marketers of the Year" by Promo magazine.
